We are owned and managed by health care professionals and are English speaking. We provide all the luxuries and amenities of the assisted living facilities with the benefit of a home environment.
We provide 24-hour care at all levels of assisted living. We have in-house providers for care in the home.

We have the best medical professionals available to take care of your health on site. Our nurses and doctors, specialize in geriatrics. Our staff has the expertise to respond to emergencies 24/7. We offer primary care, cardiology, neurology, psychology, physical therapy, and podiatry.
We have an onsite physical therapist that assists to promote proper movement and function.

Balanced mental health is essential to maintaining a high functioning lifestyle. We believe that mental health is as important as physical health. Our mental health team consists of a neurologist and a psychiatrist. We also have an anxiety and dementia care specialist. Our caregivers are trained to provide mental support and work alongside the mental health team.

Proper nutrition is essential to maintaining proper health. Our meals are made with fresh ingredients, and we limit any processed foods. Our holistic nutritionist assists in preparing the meals and the menu.

- Q: Do you staff 24 hours a day? A: Yes, we have 2 caregivers on staff during the day and 1-2 caregivers on staff nightly.
- Do you provide linens? A: all lines and bedding is provided. You can bring your own linens, to make it more comfortable for your loved one.
- Do you accept ALTCS? A: yes, we accept Mercy Care.
- How do you do medication management? We interface with the pharmacy and all medications are given and recorded on the medication administration record (MAR). The management and the pharmacy have access. We are alerted if there is a discrepancy. The pharmacy creates and manages the MAR. It is the same way that it is completed in the facilities.

5. WHAT ARE THE VISITING HOURS? Normal visiting hours are between 9-7. Exceptions are made if these times aren't available for family members. We ask that anyone visiting comes at respectable times.
6. Are we responsible for doing the laundry? No. the assisted living home will take care of all laundry.
7. What supplies do we need to supply? You will need to supply all toiletries and any incontinence supplies.
8. How do we make our monthly payment? Payments can be made by check, credit/debit card, or through Zelle.
9. Do you accept memory care residents? Yes, some of the homes are memory care and have a dementia care specialist on staff.
10. Do you have a doctor that comes to the home? Yes, We have on-site and telehealth visits available.
